To Every Nation is a non-profit Christian Mission devoted to sharing the truth and hope of the Gospel of Jesus Christ with all people. We are committed to teaching and applying the principle found in God’s Holy Word. As we minister to the spiritual, physical and emotional needs of the people, the kingdom of God will grow.
Statement of Faith
We believe in one Triune God, eternally existing in three
persons-Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe the Bible
to be the verbally and fully, inspired Word of God. The
Scriptures are inerrant, infallible and God breathed, and
therefore is the final authority for faith and life. We
believe that Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born
of the virgin Mary, accomplished our redemption through
His death on the cross, our justification is made sure by
His literal, physical resurrection from the dead. We
believe the Holy Spirit is a person who convicts the world
of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment, and that He is
the Supernatural Agent in regeneration, baptizing all
believers into the body Christ, indwelling and sealing
them unto the day of redemption. We believe that salvation
is the gift of God brought to man by grace and received by
personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, whose precious
blood was shed on Calvary for the forgiveness of our sins.
We believe that all redeemed, once saved, are kept by
God’s power and are thus secure in Christ forever.
History Richard Hardy, the president and founder of Hope for Latin
America, tells of God’s leading to establish this outreach
mission ministry.
"It was in January of 2001 while eating lunch with Odar
Garcia, Carlos Penayo, Sharon Gorman, my wife, Peggy and
myself that I was introduced to Peru. Odar who is from
Peru and his college roommate, Carlos, from Uruguay, began
speaking of the overwhelming needs in Latin America.
Shortly after this introduction, I was given a copy of the
"The Prayer of Jabez". While reading it, God began to
speak to me regarding a deeper walk and greater faith. It
was after completing the book I began to realize God was
leading me in areas that were not within my comfort zone.
Foreign lands and short term mission work was becoming a
reality as God began to lead us.
Odar Garcia, Carlos Penayo, and Tavi Nino, our
translators, met with me to pray and seek God’s face
regarding this work. While sharing my vision for a work to
reach Latin America I was told by these men that they had
asked God specifically to lay the people of Latin America
on my heart. With this affirmation and prompting of God’s
Holy Spirit, we started "Hope for Latin America, Inc."
which has been given tax exempt status as a 501(c)3
mission organization. I give all glory, honor, and praise
to Him for His mercy, grace, wisdom and leadership as we
continue to push further to extend our boundaries of
influence for the Lord Jesus Christ."

to preach to those on earth - to every nation, tribe
language and people.”
